The short version
I built CasaTab while buying my own home and drowning in spreadsheets. Six tabs, two co-buyers, and a mortgage with rate-period changes I couldn't model in Excel without breaking it.
Nothing on the market tracked a house purchase end to end. Budget apps wanted to count my groceries. Mortgage calculators didn't talk to expense trackers. Notion templates needed me to maintain them. So I built the tool I wished existed — purpose-built for the purchase window and the mortgage that follows.
